TROUBLE TRANSMITTING FAXES?

In order to manage the high demand for Adult ADHD assessments, the following parameters are in place;
  • The office fax number is: (250) 381-6033
  • The fax service is usually activated shortly after 9:00 AM on weekdays (except Wednesday)
  • The fax service is disabled/not available on Wednesdays, after work hours, statutory holidays, and during vacations
  • Once the office reaches daily referral limit, the fax service is disabled until the next business day
  • A message that the fax number is "not working/invalid," only means the fax service is disabled until the next business day
  • If your referral does not get successfully transmitted, consider waiting a few days and then try faxing again during business hours
  • If repeated attempts are unsuccessful, either keep trying or consider sending your referral to another clinic
  • See Pathways for other options, as this office does not have a list of other clinics providing ADHD assessment
  • Only referrals faxed directly from the clinician's office are considered
  • The office does NOT accept referrals via email, postal service, or those sent directly from the patient
  • Limit your referral to just the essential information and remember to include the patient's email address
  • Do NOT batch more than one referral per fax transmission, if that happens then unfortunately ALL get rejected
