Trouble transmitting your referral to my office?
- The office only has one fax number and that is (250) 381-6033
- The fax number works, but it is often disconnected in order to manage the number of referrals received, even during business hours
- Facsimiles are only accepted during business hours (NOT weekends/evening/statutory holidays/vacation)
- The office only accepts a limited number of new referrals per business day, as it is already operating at full capacity
- Once the office reaches daily referral capacity, the fax service is disconnected for the rest of the business day
- If your referral does not get successfully transmitted, consider trying again during the next business day
- If repeated attempts are unsuccessful, either keep trying or consider sending your referral to another clinic
- See Pathways for other options, as this office does not have a list of other clinics providing ADHD assessment
- In order to control the flow of incoming referrals, the office does NOT accept referrals via email or the postal service
- Please limit your referral to just the essential information and include the patient's email address
- Do NOT batch more than one referral per fax transmission, if that happens then unfortunately ALL get rejected
