ADHD MEDICATION ASSISTANCE SERVICES

In addition to private health insurance, a few other options exist for ADHD medication coverage. Here is a list of links to the various resources available;

1. Public Formulary Overview - A review of ADHD medication coverage available in British Columbia (BC).
2. Special Authority Medication Coverage for ADHD - For coverage of Long-Acting Stimulants and Atomoxetine in BC. The application is completed and submitted by the prescribing prescriber.
3. Psychiatric Medications Plan (Plan G) - 
For coverage of Short-Acting Stimulants in BC. The application is completed and submitted by the prescribing practitioner.
4. innoviCares Card
- A free prescription savings card, funded by participating pharmaceutical manufacturers. Present your innoviCares card at your pharmacy and ask for the brand-name medication. Your card will automatically cover a portion of the cost of the original brand.
5. First Nations Health Authority - Medication and other health benefits for First Nations Citizens

6. Vyvanse Assistance Program - Takeda developed the VYVANSE Patient Assistance Program for Canadian patients requiring reimbursement support. The Program is available to all eligible Canadians.
7. Concerta Access Program - 
The Janssen BioAdvance® network provides access and affordability support for patients who have been prescribed Janssen medicines, as a single point of contact for patients to learn about their options for support.
